Situation
A major engine overhaul facility located in North-Eastern United-States had purchased a large commercial real estate location to house three of their current locations. The objective was to move all their facilities and functions under one roof.

MagChem has an extensive and long relationship with partner Magnus Equipment in the US. Through our partnership, both companies are familiar with each one’s product capabilities. In a joint effort, Magnus and MagChem were able to greatly improve the effectiveness and production of this engine overhaul facility by installing 6 cleaning tanks with the use of DG-KLEEN, HDL-202, and CORROTEK.
The customer has seen a significant decrease in cleaning times as well as cleaner parts with less reworks to be processed. They are cleaning more parts than their older facility and have not had to replace the product yet after 6 months of use!
